Open Access Statement

This is an open-access international research journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read and download, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this publication without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Peer Review Process

1. This research journal follows a peer-review process.

2. After a paper is received, it is sent to the topic expert for blind review.

3. The review process takes up to 1-2 weeks.

4. Manuscripts are judged based on the following criteria:

Contents that are based on updated information relevant to the topic or area

Organization of the ideas into a coherent and meaningful article

Intellectual property compliance

Technical aspects such as the language used, accuracy and timeliness of the information, etc.

5. The Chief Executive Editor and Managing Editor reserve the right to accept or refuse an article for publication, without assigning any reasons.

6. After the review process is completed, the authors will be informed about the decision of the reviewers by email.

Plagiarism Policy

Pinagpala Publishing Services strictly adheres to NO PLAGIARISM POLICY based on the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. Therefore, all articles submitted undergo plagiarism checking using our plagiarism checker software. Authors are notified if they pass or fail the plagiarism check. Once they fail, they will be informed and given time to revise their paper until it passes in the plagiarism check.

Copyright of Published Articles

Pinagpala Publishing Services owns the copyright of all the articles.  Its copyright follows the mandate of the Philippines law based on the intellectual property code of the Philippines:

 "Under Philippine law, original intellectual creations in the literary and artistic domain are copyrightable. These include books, pamphlets, articles and other writings; periodicals and newspapers; lectures, sermons, addresses, dissertations prepared for oral delivery; letters; dramatic or dramatico-musical compositions; choreographic works or entertainment in dumb shows; musical compositions; drawing, painting, architecture, sculpture, engraving, lithography; models or designs for works of art; original ornamental designs or models for articles of manufacture; illustrations, maps, plans, sketches, charts and three-dimensional works relative to geography, topography, architecture or science; drawings or plastic works of a scientific or technical character; photographic works including works produced by a process analogous to photography; lantern slides; audiovisual works and cinematographic works and works produced by a process analogous to cinematography or any process for making audio-visual recordings; pictorial illustrations and advertisements and computer programs." (Federis Intellectual Property Law, 2013).

 Publication Time

The company publishes the article/s as soon as they are ready, by adding them to the "current" book contents. Generally, the publication process takes around 1-5 days from submission to online publication, and until further notice of book completion for the hard copy of the book

Archiving Policy

All the materials published by Pinagpala Publishing Services are archived in the National Library of the Philippines since it is registered with the National Book Development Board of the Philippines, and on this website.
