In every aspect of education, fundamental skills precede all other aspects, similar with ICT proficiency, students should at least possess familiarity and experience with basic computer skills.  The importance of acquiring rudimentary skills of technology evolves in the educational era of transformation.  Therefore, it is the teacher’s responsibility to educate students with digital literacy before wholly leaping to advance computer instructions.  (Read the full article here)
