INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS
FOR ARTICLE PUBLISHING
1. Before submitting your article/s, be sure that it has been edited by an English or a Filipino teacher/editor before submission. This is in order to come up with a well-written article free of facts and grammar errors. You may also use editing software. You must also register at https://orcid.org/ if you don't have an ORCID.
2. Submit your article in MS Word file in A4 size, normal margin- 1 inch on all sides, Century Gothic, 14 font size for the title and 11 for the body text.

Position. Designation/ Affiliation
Write contents in paragraph form. Used IMRAD format for research papers: Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, and References.
3. For WEC, paste your 2x2 picture. For NEWSCREATE, paste your 2x2 picture, and include at least 3-5 originally taken photographs as MOVs of your project/innovation/accomplishment on the last page of your documents with captions.
4. Follow the format before submission (See published articles).
5. Then, submit your article/s to the submission form where you also need to attach your article publication processing fee.

8. The publication for WEC follows a peer-review process. After receving the paper, it is sent to the topic expert for blind review. The review process takes up to 3-5 days. Manuscripts are judged based on the following criteria:
Contents that are based on updated information relevant to the topic or area
Organization of the ideas into a coherent and meaningful article
Intellectual property compliance
Technical aspects such as the language used, accuracy and timeliness of the information, etc.
9. After the review process is completed, the authors will be informed about the reviewers' decision by email. The author/s will be given time to revise the manuscript until it is published.
10. Authors will be notified once their article is already published. It takes only 5-7 working days after article submission for our online publications, and 6-12 months for the printed publications. Request for rush or express publication is also accepted but has additional cost.
14. Authors will receive certificates & other inclusions.
15. Authors may request additional documents that are not included in the inclusions but are subject to availability and may require additional payment.
