INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS 

FOR ARTICLE PUBLISHING

1. Before submitting your article/s, be sure that it has been edited by an English or a Filipino teacher/editor before submission. This is in order to come up with a well-written article free of facts and grammar errors. You may also use editing software. You must also register at https://orcid.org/ if you don't have an ORCID.

2. Submit your article in MS Word file in A4 size, normal margin- 1 inch on all sides, Century Gothic, 14 font size for the title and 11 for the body text.

Write contents in paragraph form. Used IMRAD format for research papers: Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, and References.



3. For WEC, paste your 2x2 picture. For NEWSCREATE, paste your 2x2 picture, and include at least 3-5 originally taken photographs as MOVs of your project/innovation/accomplishment on the last page of your documents with captions.

4. Follow the format before submission (See published articles).

5. Then, submit your article/s to pinagpalapublishingservices@gmail.com for review. The submission is FREE. Wait for a confirmation message. Once your paper is accepted, you will pay the article processing fee depending on the number of words

8. The publication for WEC follows a peer-review process. After a paper is received, it is sent to the topic expert for blind review. The review process takes up to 3-5 days. Manuscripts are judged based on the following criteria:

Technical aspects such as the language used, accuracy and timeliness of the information, etc.

9. The Chief Executive Editor and Managing Editor reserve the right to accept or refuse an article for publication, without assigning any reasons.

10. After the review process is completed, the authors will be informed about the decision of the reviewers by email.

11. The submission form will be sent to the authors with  the accepted manuscript where they have to provide their personal profile, attach the article, fill out & sign the Copyright Form & the Declaration of Anti-Plagiarism Form, and attach the proof of payment.

12. Payment of the publication fee for accepted papers can be sent in any of the following:

13. Authors will be notified once their article is already published. It takes only 1-5 working days after article submission for our online publications. Request for rush or express publication is also accepted. Printed publications are published after a month.

14. Authors will receive certificates & other inclusions.

 15. Request for the hard copies is also possible for those who avail the online publications (for Philippine residents only). Simply provide the LBC shipping details & pay for the printed copies (See publication rates below)
